Just as it says. Who do you think would do best if they switched camps and why?

Karo Parysian- to Militech. Why? Karo is a great Judo guy but I think having Hughes for wrestling, Pulver and Sylvia for boxing and Fisher for MT I think he could be unstoppable at 155. I say 155 because he has the weight to lose.

Bah, screw militech. I say, put Karo on Chute Box and have him learn MT from Wandy, Shogun and Ninja :)

Karo to the Treadmill and weight room ;)
He needs to get more cut, drop a weight class & then dominate.

He goes back and forth between Legends MMA & Xtreme Couture now what more does he need!?
He has Randy Couture, Jason Townsend Kevin Randleman if he needs him for wrestling
He has Bas for striking & Conditioning
Eddie Bravo & Mayhem Miller for BJJ
Chris Reilly for M.T.
Jeremy Williams and Ron Frazier for boxing
And some of the best MMA Fighters in the US to roll with!

Honestly Karo has it made.

So is Karo not doing enough on his own to get to the next level?

He is naturally so gifted and his conditioning is top notch.
Its just at the level of competition now raw stength matters more than it ued to. You have to maximize your weight!

Having seen Karo in person I say he could be 155lbs no problem!

agree with Tom, i think Karo is extremely talented but falls into that BJ Penn mode of just seeming to be under-motivated at times. what i am really curious to see is how Swick does dropping to 170lbs. he could be really dangerous, even more than what he's shown at middleweight.

Yeah what ^^^HE^^^ said?! Mwhahaha... lol... I'm a Huge CHUTE BOXE Fan myself?!

Then again like Tom mentioned, he has it made being able to train with almost the "Who's Who" in MMA?! There is NO reason why, Karo couldn't be great at 155lbs. if he so chooses too be...just my .02 cents though?!

just doesn't seem like he uses anything but boxing and Judo. I wish he just used what he had at the camp he is in.

I would like to see Koscheck go to Fairtex to improve his striking or ATT for his Jiu-Jitsu.

Karo is HUGE!! There is no way he makes 155lbs. He's 5'10" and walks at 190ish.(oddly enough, I was hanging out with Karo's Judo coach all weekend and he is cool as shit!! Really down, but a little hyper)

I also think 170 is a bad spot for Swick. I think he will have the same problem Riggs did at that weight - wrestlers, and the loss of speed advantage that he had over the bigger guys. I think Swick would be better off by getting a good strength and conditioning coach and adding some size to himself.

Santino I am 6'0 and walk around 190ish and you wanted me down to 155lbs?
And you are AT LEAST 5'10 yourself....Im suprised you think Karo couldn't make 155lbs.

Uh-Oh we are ALL in trouble, the great and powerful Oz...i mean the great and powerful Santino has spoken...don't disagree with Santino Tom, it may be hazardous to your health. Don't make me bring up Melvin Guillard! Nice to have you around Santino...

Yeah you think by now I would have learned I'm better just to agree with Santino when it comes to anything MMA!
I now have a fear of jump ropes thanks to that man!!

Talking about jump ropes give me nightmares. Seriously, we had those damn jumpropes in wrestling that were macaroni shaped plastic. Coach would be screaming faster and I would be going fast and then SMACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! right on the back of my calf muscle. I would go home and my parents would ask about the welts on my legs.:D

Ive got some issues with that jump rope. I am a very coordinated person but for some reason I jump rope like a 5 year old on crack!

When I was training full time I would have to warm up jump rope every day:

Rope hits my legs or if it dosent then Santino is yelling "rope isn't going fast enough" or "legs arent going fast enough" or "you are doing that double hop thing again"

I am the only person I know who is 25 years old and has "jump rope homework" :p

People at my traditional "weights" gym calls me a fairy for jump roping.

thankfully my jump rope has progressed since the initial onslaught of the typical Santino, "you guys are killing me, keep the ropes going, it's only been 5 minutes!" oh how such a small piece of cord can bring a man so much misery!
