This is a really random question, but I was curious...anyways, I was wanting to know the reasons and history behind the company and such. Why you started it, etc. All the fun stuff that people don't really know.

Let me tell you why I started this website:
I couldn't find half-way decent BJJ/MMA shirts, gloves or pads etc... to save my life.
There were a few choice companies sure enough almost every time clothing didn't look the way it was advertised or last longer than a month of use!
Even worse, the companies I respected had HUGE logos, crazy colors, etc...
So, I decided that I wanted to make something unique, clean and not full of billboard logos. Something that I would wear myself and others would be proud to wear too!
Thats my official statement I have in the About us.
More specifically I made some basic shirts for myself without plans of selling them. They were very simple. People liked them so I started making more and the company really took off with the "Represent Your Roots" line. If you look at OLD SCHOOL you will see my original shirts.
Alot of friends/fighters help me with advertising etc and that helped lauch things as well...

Thats some good advertisement!
I actually found out about this company because I had seen Forrest Griffin wear the original line during an interview.
