I know I will most likely have them just like everyone else does...if not worse than most lol. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice to help calm down the jitters. Thanks.

music helps a lot for me atleast, make a playlist to listen to that you will be able to listen to every song without having to change it... breath, drink watermellon juice it sooths your nerves, i think (im not sure) but it has vitamin b 16 witch helps relieve stress... and how pre tourny are you, 1 day... hours months, different things to do for different times ya know?
When I wrestled in a big tournament I had 1 focus..... my opponent. Don't worry about the hottie in the first row or that Royce Gracie is one of the tournaments special guests. More often then not there is more action going on then just you so not everyone is watching. Also, most people respect you for just getting out there and not necessarily what you look like while your performing. If you get caught who cares as long as you learn. If you win, great! Learn why you won and what you could do better or different. The stud black belt that you admire during the competition was once where you are today.

That is a great one. Thanks guys I will take everything into consideration. My tourney is less than a week out, and I think most of all (this may sound kinda cheesy) but my wife will be there, and I think that is what is giving me that majority of the jitters lol.
