Wondering what everyone considers to be the most lethal submission move overall. I'd say the Dragon Sleeper.

I guess you could tap from a thumb in the eye!
The Dragon Sleeper (love those wrestling names) is actually a move found in Japanese Jiu Jitsu called Yumi. It was designed to break the samurai's neck.

I'd say that the most dangerous moves are anything that attacks the spine or neck:

Twister (full force)
Crucifix Neck Crank (not gi choke)
Heel Hook (causes damage real real real easy)

Anything I get you in  . Haha just kidding I'm a big noob at JJ. I'd definetly have to say the heel hook too.

I was watching Human Weapon on the history channel. The episode that covered the US Marine fighting system. In that episode, they were doing some full contact grappling training. The sarge in charge made sure to say, "NO HEEL HOOKS! If I see you doing a heel hook, I'm going to stomp you in the face!" So if it's that important in military training NOT to do it. I will go with it too.

Haha "Touch his foot and get mine in your face". Seems like a good incentive. I've seen my share of youtube videos of guys in MMA getting caught in heel hooks and trying to fight it off and end up injuring themselves.

Rear naked. If I were in a fight to the death then I would wan't to choke somebody. Once they are asleep, then killing them becomes easy. I dont think I would wan't to try to choke them to death, that would take forever = me tired.

Edit to add that Heel hook is obv the wrong answer.
