Sakuraba, Gomi, Sakurai, Sudo, Fedor, Rampage and Mark Hunt.
Nice list. You know, I don't really get into PRIDE that much. Why? I don't like the ring all that well. I mean, I watch Bodog but that is only because I can understand the commentary (plus Royce Gracie). I also don't like that in PRIDE their will be a fight card but no titles will be up for grabs.
I am so mad! lol... Koscheck fights GSP at UFC 74. I want Kos to win but I can't see anything good happening if GSP loses 2 in a row. Also, they announced Mir vs Sylvia.

155 - Hermes Franca... by far.
170 - As much as my attitude is NOTHING like his, I really like KOS. I like GSP a lot as well.
185 - Rich Rich Rich... and Mr. Hendersen
205 - Rampage
Heavy - Randy Randy Randy... and did like Vera until he started ducking the title shot and asking for more money. Used to heavily look up to Mir as well until he started falling.

K well I haven't been in the mma world for too long but my favourite fighter would definetly have to be GSP. 1. We're both French Canadian (My whole family is from quebec, I was born in Alberta) 2. His fighting technique seems so much different from the other fighters I've seen. 3. He's a respectful fighter/good personality 4. He kicks some major ass 5. He's trying to bring the UFC to Canada.
Other fighters I favor would have to be Josh Koscheck, Forrest Griffin, Anderson Silva, Quinton Jackson, Rashad Evans and that guy that just fought Jackson.

Dan henderson or chuck lidell... both pretty good fighters
I'm also a big big fan of GSP... i think he's the revolution of MMA fighters, he's a great striker with great National Champion level wrestling as we saw in his ability to easily control koschek... but i think GSP will become the champ again mid 2008 and be on top for a while, but i like the guy... great fighter, with a good attitude... he's great for the sport, and i think it was fluke that he lost to Serra, but you can say that about any big name serra has fought... he's another guy who's proven himself to me to be a good fighter

I gotta go with guys like Faber, Sobral, Lindland, Liddell, and Cro Cop for my faves. Sobral vs Faber would be a great match if they were in the same weight class.

BJ Penn is the best thing to happen to MMA since Royce Gracie!!!!
Hadaka Jime
12-17-2007, 05:00 PM
and GSP... if you look towards where MMA is heading, GSP is that he is what all future fighters in MMA are going to be like, he is great in all areas, he is a great striker, out wrestled Koschek who was top 10 in the country in college wrestling and also has great submissions, submission defenses, he has got it all... i see little/no flaw in his game the ways he can lose are getting clipped with a big shot and going down, but that happens to anyone... and if he is injured pre fight in training that will influence his loss, or just accepting a fight w/ no preperation

I don't train with him. I quoted someone who did train with him on the first page to agree with what he said about BJ Penn, but the quote messed up LOL.
I train with a close friend of the family who has been kind enough to teach me for the last 9 years along with my brother and his daughter. I'm a very privileged person and I thank him everyday. Plus its free HAHA
Sorry the reply is 2 years late HAHA
