I honestly don't like the text. I'd use a different font. I'd have something simple so it's easy to read. With that text the only people that would be able to read it are people you put in triangles.

I can read it, and I'm not in your triangle :)

Looks good tom, keep up the good work.

I can understand how the text on the side may be a little hard to read but lookswise it is very nice. I like them! But then again, anytime your looking at advertisements on a fighters clothing it is hard to read unless in BIG print and they are standing still.

Conclusion- If your putting the "Represent Your Roots" on the side for advertisement then it may need cleaner writing.

If your goal is looks alone then it looks great.

I can see your point for sure Ryan.
It is not for advertisement when I do that its RepRoots.com on the fighters shorts shorts. Also if people are curious I have aquired www.representyourroots.com

The reason I went with that font is because I need "bubble."
Meaning if it was solid font on that material the text would be more prone to flaking and fading.

Thanks guys and Ryan for your input Im glad you guys like it so far!

I will get the rash guard pics up ASAP!

Tom- Here is the difference between the 2

See, you love your job, BJJ and anything MMA. Your "lifestyle" is also your work. Think about Dana White. If he were to slow down he wouldn't put out a great product. Dana has said a million times that he doesn't consider what he does "work" because he loves it. Now, if you were an accountant taking your taxes with you then you would be a pathetic hard worker.

Thanks I dont feel as weird now :) and you make a good point.

I did R.E. Investment & home loans for a long time before this and the money was much better. market was crazy then too I was fortunate to be buying.

Im glad it gave me these opportunities (I dont come from some rich family) BUT I would NEVER go back to another job. I would rather do this full time like now and IF AND ONLY IF I HAD TO loans once in a while ...bounce on the side but this job (the website the forum the clothing)is easy cause I do love it!

Right now I do NOTHING else (bounce sometimes) but it gets crazy expensive running a clothing company I have started to realise as well.
Maybe bye bye M5:( but Id rather have scarce material things and love what i do since I have done the vice verse.

"They say" if you do what you like that money is a bi-product anyway.
Not that Im much for listening to what "they say"

Rant over thanks for the couch time:D

Back on Track:
I hope these shorts end up being something Im really proud of. I only made one batch so I can tweek them if needed thats why I ask for the honesty because changes CAN be made now.
I cant wait to see them in person myself!!!!

I know you are unable to tell overall quality just by the picture, but let me tell everyone something, these are some VERY NICE shorts and the rash guards are going to be killer as well (i was fortunate enough to work with the prototype). anyone interested in a nice looking, comfortable and durable pair of shorts to roll in, i think you'll be pleased. keep up the good work Tom!
