Pain in my back

I have this pain in my lower left side of my back....may be a rib...idk

I have been ignoring it but its really been bothering me lately. It hurts when I stretch and if someone does a sweep or a takedown on it...

Any advice or what it could be

I know you arent going to like this answer, but go see the doc. It is near impossible to say what it may or may not be. Hopefully it is something simple and you can get back to training soon.

rib injuries suck dude. they usually take their time when it comes to healing. you should still go see a doctor though, at least it'll give you an idea of whats going on. good luck with it.
