They are talking him up big on the other forums like he's the next MMA superhero. He won his fight as you can see below. Even though he dominated he didnt do a whole lot to blow my mind at all. After seeing the vid below what is everyone elses thoughts?

I am not overly impressed. He was in with a much smaller opponent and it was also a last second replacement. When Brock beats someone who has had months to train and has a decent resume then I will take notice. I think Brock did good but you can't just overpower every one of your opponents.

I think Brock should go and fight a Couture, Linland, W. Silva or even a Gabriel Gonzaga and then we will know for sure how good he is.

Honestly, Brock should do fine on size and his wrestling background but he needs more BJJ and probably some standup. People will catch on to his wrestling and make him pay.

I just hope he sticks around long enough for us to find out. I'd definitely like to see more of him. In my opinion he needs to climb the ladder as far as the talent he faces. He is by no means ready for anyone of the caliber you mentioned above, Ryan. I understand what you are saying. Any of the guys mentioned above would expose him severely. He has quite a bit of potential if he keeps training. I'd really like to see how far he can go.

I agree, nowhere near Couture caliber but I think getting killed by someone like Randy would show him what he needs to work on.

I don't think that opponent was able to show us much at all about his potential or even lack there of....

I heard Brock Lesnar was going to be fighting for K1 and going to be taking on that tall China dude Hong Man Choi this is the fight I,d like to see with K1 rules.
