I've never heard of this before, but since you brought it up..I thought I'd look into it
Crucifix From Guard
Taken from here:
http://www.bullshido.net/forums/showthread.php?t=47964&
Steps:
Get guard. Sit up as if for a guillotine. Instead hook the far arm and pull up forcing thier head down. Now escape your hips and triangle the near arm with your legs. Flatten/stretch yourself out to apply. If they roll forward just keep tight and apply from your back or other side.
and
If I'm understanding you correctly, deeply scooping the arm with one leg should be sufficient. With your hips well out to the side, just thread your leg around his upper arm as far as you can. Keep your hips tight to his head after you attain position. Bend your leg at the knee past 90 degrees to prevent his arm from slipping out.
Hope that gives you a better idea. I'll try and mess around with it.

Crucifix guard...no idea.
From a failed triangle..I'm trying to see where this move would come into play.

From this Triangle Choke Escape #5: Knee Pry Method
you will notice once the triangle has failed(legs are pried open) it might be possible to hook an arm with your top leg...but as to why someone would do that before anything other than cool guy points is beyond me. I'd just go for the armbar or take the back.
Trying to picture this...possibly from rubber guard or a really high closed guard, try and force or look for an opening near their armpit and sink in an ankle.
Just throwing out ideas. I'm not responsible for any poor execution in the above move resulting in an unfortunate position :)

the guy only mentioned it briefly but it sounded like a triangle with either both or neither of the arms in (couldn't tell which from the post) and it's supposed to lock up one of the arms like a crucifix from the front i think and then u can work over the other arm... i think, i'm not really sure but i was looking at come other forums and i've seen it mentioned a couple times so i know it's out their i just don't know what it is:( yet:D

ur thinking of the Kingpin sweep or the kingpin triangle, but the guy mentioned one of the arms being pushed in or pulled out of the triangle so i'm think something like a two arm triangle with maybe an armpit hooked?
