The Office!

Theres this club called 'The Office' and my friends have been talking about Tuesday night Fight Night. I shrugged it off because I don't intend on participating in MMA. Well my friends actually went last Tuesday and said it was a blast and they have 3 separate events: boxing, MMA, and grappling. (!!!!)

I haven't been doing any jiu jitsu or judo since school let out a month ago and I've been itching to wrestle.

So my friends told me that the grappling section is the most common, but none of the guys that sign up for it know what the hell they're doing. And they don't let anyone participate if they've won a pro fight before. They said that if I entered, I would dominate it. Also, if you sign up to fight, the cover is free and tons of chicks want you. Should I sign up? If I do, I would try to take video.

Don't go compete for the women or to put some poor clueless idiot in a gogo-plata or something. You need to compete for the experience of competing, and to learn and grow as a grappler. I sound like a fruit salad for saying that but I'm serious. If your heads not right, your jiu-jitsu wont be right either. If you were my student I would advise against it.
