Hey Submission Fans:

We've been rather busy the past few weeks but we are planning a huge update in early July. We've had lots of requests the past little while and we're working hard on getting them done for you. Some of the tecniques for our next update include:

D'Arce Chokes (Brabo)
Side control escapes
Headlock and Guillotine escapes (standing)
Bear Hugs
Standing armbars and wrist locks (self defense)
RNC escapes
Flexibility and solo Drills
Much more!

That one is coming in a few days. Lindsay, one of our female members, is going to do some for ya! See does jiu jitsu with us and is a Yoga instructor as well.

Haha, sorry.. Hmm.. I'll be going overseas today.. I won't be back till around the 27th of August, maybe sooner.. but hopefully I'll still be able to check back here..
