His Judo is VERY good also. Draculino's warm-ups are like wrestling warm-ups. We started by running around the mat then sideways. Then sprawl and back-up while running around the mat etc..... All that wrestling stuff my boy does in his warm-ups.

I'm too old to run. I learned to fight so I don't have to run :D
