just saw this choke on revver, it's prob been up there for ages but thought i'd share it cos it might help someone.
I have trouble getting the tap with my arm triangles and think this might really help me :)
Also, who is the guy teaching? i notice a Gracie Rash Guard and wondered if he was one of the many Gracie's?

Ken Primo is a brown belt from the mid west. I've spoken with him. Nice fellow and from GJJ.

nice choke if i am at the mount i often try ezekiel choke since i lack techniques but it sucks a little since i dont have enough strength and stamina to tap someone with that but i will try this tomorrow

Work on your scissoring motion with your forearms. That choke when applied properly will tap someone in just a couple of seconds.

The Arm Triangle is a very good high percentage choke I use them all the time. If you go for it from the mount you have to be careful when you first encircle the bottom guys neck your basically removing your ability to post to that side when he Upa's and pretty much every BJJ guy I know will trap that arm and Upa immediately. With that said a tight Arm Triangle will still work even if the guy does Upa you over.
