It was cool. But some dude I rolled with pissed me off. Kid can't control himself. He got me in a few armbars that had my elbow crack before I even had the time to tap. He's torquing my elbow like his life was depending on it. For god's sake dude...it's fucking sparring. Then he straps a bicep slicer on my right arm. He sure as hell didn't go lightly. I still have trouble extending my right elbow today. Anyways, sure as fuck didn't pay 225$ to get injured by some rando kid.

I dont know what's wrong with some people? There are just some dudes like that.
Maybe he really doesn't know.....is he new? Might be best to just tell him what he's doing wrong.
When people are assholes when I'm rolling, I'll get brutal on a mofo!!
Like Eddie says, 'I'll choke the shit out of a mufacka!'

Did you talk to him at all? I had this one guy who was about 20 lbs heavier than me who would slam me when I broke him down into my guard. I talked to him and he said "Slamming is legal at a certain height." and I responded "We are just rolling, you're not supposed to try to break me in half." and he stopped... so maybe try talking to him i guess?
Slamming...isn't legal at any height! Unless it's MMA of course. You are right though, it's only sparring!
Oh, and the $225 is for 3 months of 10thPJJ I've seen. Which is a pretty good deal!

I hate rolling with douches like that, I would def say something, but if he is throwing bicep slicers at you, he probably has been around awhile and can't blame it on being "new". Good luck and don't get deterred!

I've personally found that most people will chill out if you bring it to their attention.

Talk to the student.
If that fails talk to your instructor.
How did the rest of the class go? Was the atmosphere cool?

Yeah rest was a+. Other dudes I rolled with was perfecté Just this damn spaz. Anyway, I spoke with the instructor and he said he'd keep an eye out. And btw, the guy is new...he just knows what a boce slicer is. His repetroir: Arm bars, Triangles, and obviously slicers. When he offered to start in position, he said just not in your guard...cuz I dont knwo what to do from there.
