BJ Penn's book "Book of Knowledge" is another good one for MMA, it is basically a nogi book of BJJ with striking.

Minotauro's instructional is supposed to be very good also Jiu-Jitsu University by Saulo Ribeiro check out this link

As for DVD's I own a few very good ones obviously Eddies is a stand out his half guard game makes it worth it even if thats all you get out of it. Damien Maia's are also very good very good with different theories you might not have heard, and get used to calling the guard the gward with a weird accent cause thats what he does you eill feel like you should too! Maybe not great for a beginner though, i dont know what level you are.
Robson Moura Fusion is also good as well as Jacare's instructional. The market is saturated with good quality instructionals at the moment.

That is hilarious. What a great clip.
Big Nog's book is very good. My MMA guard is 10 times better after reading it. A lot of it is focused on positionong for defending strikes from the guard. If you are looking for no-gi specifically for MMA i would recommend it.
