Don't get caught slippin' leaving your arm dangling when you're in the Omoplata position. I'm trying to go for the flashiest, pro wrasslin' looking moves. Try this move out, let me know if it works for you. I've only gotten it live on white belts so far.

Lol...

I like to get people who sit up while omoplata'd like that with the Matt Hughes choke. Hilarity ensues as I whisper really bad things to them before tapping them.

Again, only works on relatively new white belts.

Used it today while rolling. Loved it, it fit right into my game as guys tend to try and posture out of my Jiu Claw to omo-plata or DA sweep all the time. I didn't video it, but I may shoot some stuff next week in the gym,so I'll get some of me rolling and I'll try to work it in.
