Ryan Halls DVD Set.

Hi Guys,

I just finished (over the course of about 4 days) watching Ryan Halls Triangle tutorial. If you are into triangles, or want to get good at them, I highly recommend getting this DVD set. Very good instruction, plus some setups in there that you just wouldn't think of.

I.e. chaining the kimura to triangle, triangles from half guard etc. Lots of tips on the fundamentals i.e. keeping head control and their posture broken.

I was very impressed with it.

I watched the first DVD and the first techniques of disc 2. Yes, it is a very good instructional.
