My kids wanted to record more video of me in class yesterday. I was trying to roll against some guys with more body weight getting used to being stacked with alot of weight when on my back.... This guy has about 30-40 lbs on me.... I didn't really try anything out of the ordinary. attempted a special K but saw some obvious control problems that I need to address (my right leg is just dangling and I could have been using it to squeeze or grab it with my left hand double bagger style to lock his posture down)....I move to the mount a few times, attempt a mounted triangle and then I get stacked on the concrete so i let it go... I go for TSC and when grapevining his leg he gives me his back.... at that point I finish with a head/arm triangle....

the second one i get a deep armbar at 1:00 and he stacks me completely upside down. 40 seconds later I use something I saw denny prokopos do that he called the "east coast triangle"... Looks similar to the east coast croc only I push his arm/shoulder down to clear my leg past for the triangle. I go to tepee to get it deep and test his neck. when i do that he moves around enough for me to lock in a deep triangle. game over... :D

overall the sessions were good cause he did stack me hard a few times... man armbars feel completely different when you are upside down... comments???? obvious holes??? things I should/could do different from you 10thPJJ mad scientists out there???
