Thats pretty good when you see how much other video's are.

Ari- what Sub 101 dvd do you recommend for a beginner

Well, I only have one (Lights Out) and the Works was just the compilation of 50 moves from the webiste.

I would say ANY of our videos are good for beginners because our teaching style breaks it down. It's also good for any level.

Hey Ari,

First of all thanks for all of your hard work on submissions101. Will the new DVD include the brabo choke? It seems like such a great choke from the sprawl.

Thanks again,

Sean

I want to see your ways of reviving a koed person :) that might help... the slap them to see if they're really out method gets old

How often does the "Bolden Blackout" work? never seen it used... is it something you could use easily in competition or a street fight on the ground?

Gotta wait till the 30th.

The Blackout does work but it isn't a high percentage move. I wouldn't use it in a street fight, not the time or place. Grappling match yes.

I didn't know.... it sounded like a reasonable substitute for a guillotine if you weren't able to get it in deep.

Thanks again,
