Hey guys I am most certainly not the self-promoting type guy at all but i figured i would just put this up so if you are in the area you can stop by and hang out.

The school i run is called Summit City Submissions. We teach Bjj and what i know of the 10th Planet System, Wrestling, Judo, MMA, Muay Thai.

We are a smaller school that focuses on keeping training costs cheap and tries to have a good tight knit atmosphere.

I have been teaching for about a year and my other instructors have been with me for most of that time as well.

HA thanks Ari. that really means a lot coming from you. I have indeed been working on my affiliation and such. We love the system and it has completely taken over my game. Anything you can do to help me acheive that goal would be tremendously appreciated.

As for John, he is my top student and a Blue belt. He knows much more than a blue should know and is a beast on the mat. I am very proud of him and the way his game has developed. Its an honor for you to compliment us in anyway shape or form.

I had been toying around with it for a while and hadnt seen or heard of anyone doing it so we were calling it the No-go-plata.

named thusly bc theyd grab the top leg and prevent you from getting to the Omoplata.

but then shortly after i saw your video of it... one small difference is i tend to reach behind my heel to help get it sick tight.

Once again thanks for the props man i have been working hard to absorb as much of the system as possible.

I am currently training for Grapplers Quest so well see exactly how on point my technique is haha.
