Break falls

I love your site and appreciate all the work you put into teaching these techniques. I know know alot of BJJ is ground oriented, but I beleive that you should incorporate some basic breakfall videos. The different nage-waza could be dangerous without proper falling technique. After that you may be able to show us some more nage when you get a chance:)

That's a great idea! I'll put together a series of ukemi videos (falling/rolling) this weekend.

The advantages of doing Judo, aikido and Japanese JJ is the nage waza and ukemi that we do.
