Hey guys bein that i am a no gi guy I thought id stir this up.

What kind of shorts do you guys wear?

My favorite shorts are my three year old beaten up Sprawl Gripflex.

I also have some camo Melee 10th Planet shorts(are a bit short for my liking)

i go with the sprawl with the v-flex. only pair i have, so if i do back to back days, gotta go with the nike b-ball shorts. too cheap to go buy another pair of mma shorts :D

Well I had one pair of worn out ball shoes and 3 pair of shorts........Hmmmm......j/k

But on a real note, I am gonna get them and wear them in my next fight.

I have a pair of OTM shorts, and Truth shorts. I really like the Truth shorts and how the flex panels are.

I've always dug the Contract Killer shorts, though I don't own any fight shorts. I've only really trained in the gi, and the couple of seminars I did with Rodrigo Gracie that were no gi, I wore gi pants. I just feel more comfortable in them.

I have to say I was totally disappointed in my Venum Amazonia shorts. The design is pretty sweet, but that's it. I love my Sprawls. For the materials, features, and price they're hard to beat.

Sprawl V-flex - Awesome, very hard to beat
Premier Fighter - Just like Sprawl but available in yellow ;) fit a little slimmer
Full Contact Fighter - Nice shorts but I like elastic waist bands. Brightest white shorts out there, very stylish
Inspirit - Very soft and comfortable, not very durable in grappling
Shock - Nice basic shorts, no elastic waist though
Wand - Ugly shorts, not very nice material, fit very small, ride up (maybe because they were to small)

On a side note:

I LOVE to fight in the tiny tight shorts (for tha ladies) but i only train in board shorts (for tha gents).

ha i wear the fight shorts under my board shorts to help keep the cup tight.

i am 6'3" 155 so i dont exactly look like a spartan in fight shorts lol ill leave that for the bigger guys.

I am 6'5 220 at the moment....i need to lose a lil belly fat before fight time or else I would have no choice but to wear board shorts in my next fight, which would hurt my popularity with the girls.;)

Right there with you on the Gi deal. I only have Gi pants, no fight shorts. Perhaps in the future I'll fork over the cash to at least get one pair :p

i've got the same shorts with a different styling i used to roll in. someone got hung up on the pocket and it actually kind of injured his hand so i stopped rolling in them. 9.5 times out of ten those board shorts were great, but the pocket can cause problems.

Im rolling in some old school sinister fight shorts that have lasted me a long time. Im waiting for BQuick to come out and test me so I can get some nice new 10th planet belt shorts....im so excited...only 30 days away. Im planning on blue but im aiming to impress so we will see.

I have 3 pairs of the Sprawl V-Flex and one pair of Tapout shorts. I don't like the Tapout at all...and I really like the fit, feel, and durability of the Sprawl shorts.

As soon as i get the cash to buy a few pairs Im gonna hit up the sprawl V flex and hopefully get a pair of 10th planet shorts, maybe a pair of the 10th planet white belt shorts, but in my mind i havent earned it yet :)
