Traditional JJ or Brazilian JJ?

Depends on what you are looking for:

1)JJJ: Self defense and real world combatives training. Also has a ground element to it but not even close to BJJ

2) BJJ: 1 on 1 ground fighting...sport..submission grappling....mma training...can't beat BJJ

Do both...or just come train at my school where we teach both!
