Agreed, definitely got my twister roll up a notch there. I was never tight on the hips and I ALWAYS bring the feet towards me for the roll, instead of going towards the feet.

Easily one of the best 10th pjj instructors out there...

super informative about all the nuances that you cannot delve into in the books.... I've always found brandon's vids to take my game up another notch. If I see something online that either Eddie or Sub101 has shown i'll always look to see if Brandon has it on his site as well for extra info...
