Dear Friends of Submissions 101:
I have a little side project I am putting together. I want to collect a whole bunch of video footage of Sub 101 Fans. I want you to film yourself saying:
"This is (insert name) from (insert city) training out of (insert gym name here if you have one) and you're watching Submissions 101."
You could also add one of our slogans at the end:"we've got your back." or " Different Chokes for different folks."
AVI or WMV format. Under 15 secs. Under 2 megs. Send it to our email on our main site!
