I am pleased to announce that my senior student, Dan, has passed his black belt test. He did very well and we are very proud of him. He is The Dragons Lair's first black belt.

WOW.... i would not mess with dan, but one thing i saw was inner throws. I just think it'd be a nice addition to the sub 101 site if you did some inner throws
