haha not what the title suggests. A buddy of mine gave me a gi jacket and it was like 4 sizes too big, so im like i can use a sewing machine pretty well, ill take it down. So long story short that is what i am doing today im about half way done ill post pics on the finished product. alot of cutting old seams and making new ones. anyone else ever done this??

With my sewing ability, I think I'd be better off just packing on some weight until it fit.

I know a ton of people that get their gis tailored, so no biggie there. Just make sure you use a strong enough thread, and it's still in competition standards when you are done!
