o Thomas E. Gavrilos, 17, of Carbondale was arrested and charged with theft and criminal trespass to a vehicle at 2:24 a.m. Wednesday at Wright I. University police saw Gavrilos trying to start a Cushman scooter. Gavrilos posted a cash bond and was released pending a court appearance.

and again there is alot more to this story too ;)

I thought the law states you can't have your name in the paper unless you were 18 or older for a criminal offense.

He faked a German accent, they all got scared, surrendered to him, then realized that he was just a kid with a bad accent and banned him so that they wouldn't have to live down the shame and embarrassment... or fall for the same trick again.
